Spring In The Air?


I can't believe the trees are starting to bud here. TJ keeps pointing it out on our walks, so I had to take a photo. I cannot wait for spring, but it seems to be coming unnaturally early. How wonderful. Even more VW camper vans seem to be appearing.


Spring sometimes makes me itchy to travel, itchy to do something "new". But right now, I think I am actually just enjoying the freshness of the new year, and loving the fresh air outside. It has been raining quite a bit here lately, so today's sunshine was completely glorious. We got to enjoy a big sky, too, which is more rare here. The mountains below is the view from the beach we go to.

    Speaking of travelling ... I think we should plan a Skype date to talk about road trips. We're are still more than game.
